Wheat field sessions are now available from September through to the end of October 2026, with the fields currently beautifully green and gradually changing as we move further into the season.

By booking, you understand and agree that Nicole Sinclair Photography retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you would prefer your images to remain private, please discuss this with me before the day of your session.

You can expect two to three sneak peeks within a few days after your photo session. Your full edited gallery will be delivered within two weeks of the shoot. If you’ve added a highlight video, please allow an additional one week for video delivery.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives, such as rescheduling or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

This is not a problem at all! We offer gentle direction while allowing space for natural interaction and honest moments.

Absolutely! Well-behaved dogs and horses are welcome.

Wheat fields are seasonal, and their colour and appearance naturally change throughout the season. Weather conditions can cause the wheat to mature earlier or later than expected, so session dates may occasionally need to be adjusted accordingly. I’ll always keep an eye on the fields and keep you updated should anything change.
