Once you reach out, I’ll send through my event packages and guide you in choosing the best option for your special day. We’ll chat about your vision, location, and what you’d love to capture. Your date is secured with a deposit. BOOK HERE

Planning your Event
I’ll work closely with you (or your coordinator) to understand the flow of your event. From key moments and timing to special guests and important details, I’ll make sure everything is covered so the photography runs smoothly and seamlessly.

Your Event Day
I’ll arrive at your event location on the scheduled date and time, ready to capture everything as it unfolds. My approach is natural and unobtrusive, documenting genuine moments, interactions, and atmosphere while also stepping in when needed for group shots or key highlights. From the big moments to the finer details, nothing is missed.

Gallery Delivery
A few days after your event, you’ll receive a small selection of sneak peeks to enjoy and share. Your full gallery will be delivered within two to three weeks via an online gallery, where you can easily download your images to your phone or computer. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or prints if you wish.

What types of events do you cover?
I photograph a wide range of events, including corporate functions, brand activations, bridal parties, baby showers, private celebrations, birthdays, and special occasions.
Do you Travel for Events?
Yes, I do! Travel fees may apply depending on the location; this will be discussed during booking.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
This depends on your event, but I’m happy to guide you based on your schedule to ensure all key moments are covered without feeling rushed.
How does image usage and privacy work?
By default, we may share selected images from your session on my website, social media platforms, or portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your images not be shared publicly in any form, you can request full privacy at the time of booking. In this case, a 20% privacy fee applies to cover the loss of portfolio and marketing usage.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
You can expect a small selection of sneak peeks within a few days after your photo session. Your full edited gallery will be delivered within two to three weeks of the event. If you’ve added a highlight video, please allow an additional one week for video delivery.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day?
I always come prepared and adapt to the conditions on the day. For outdoor events, I’ll work with available cover, lighting, and surroundings to continue capturing beautiful, natural moments. If needed, we can also plan for alternative options in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
