Meet the Photographer
A lifestyle and pet photographer, born in Lancaster, England, now based in South Africa.
Over the years, photography has allowed me to meet incredible people and document meaningful seasons of their lives, from families to pets and just everyday moments that deserve to be remembered.
Returning to the UK to photograph feels incredibly special to me, and I’m so excited to create with people in a place that has always been part of my story.

FAQ
Where in the UK will you be based?
I’ll primarily be based near Ifold, Loxwood, West Sussex, but I’m open to travelling depending on location and availability.
Travel outside of my immediate area may include an additional travel fee.
What are your UK availability dates?
I’ll be available for UK sessions between mid-June and July 2026.
Availability is limited and will depend on my travel schedule and location, so early booking is recommended.
How does payment work?
Payments are accepted via PayPal or cash in GBP (£).
A 10% discount is available for sessions paid in cash.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date.

Once we confirm availability and dates, I’ll send through booking information and payment details.

How does image usage and privacy work?
By booking a session, you understand and agree that Nicole Sinclair Photography retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
If you would prefer your images to remain private, please discuss this with me before your session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
You can expect two to three sneak peeks within a few days after your photo session. Your full edited gallery will be delivered within two weeks of the shoot. If you’ve added a highlight video, please allow an additional one week for video delivery.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
A little bit of rain never scares me; some of the most beautiful sessions happen in moody weather and soft drizzle.
However, in the case of severe weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled depending on availability.
We are a bit shy - what do we do?
This is not a problem at all! We offer gentle direction while allowing space for natural interaction and honest moments.
